Trust Then. Testimony Now.

Today's testimony was yesterday's prayer!
Psalm 37:5–6 (KJV) Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light, and thy judgment as the noonday.

Just this morning I was on my way to bring our daughter to class. Now this may seem insignificant to most, since this is a normal morning routine for children. However, this morning I was bringing our daughter to her homeschool class. This is more than a class; it’s a place where the Word of God is central, and academics are approached slightly different than the previous teaching methods. The material is facilitated, discussed, and lived out as students actively participate, think critically, and grow in both knowledge and faith.
Let me share with you where it began.... it was the beginning of the school year, and I had hoped she would start with this homeschool curriculum. Things didn’t go as I had planned, and she began her education at the school she was enrolled in. But I continued to pray and trust the Lord, believing that He was still working out what I could not see, and that His plan for her learning and growth would prevail.
Three months into the school year, my husband and I revisited the idea of homeschooling. Together, as a unified front, we made the intentional decision to pursue this path, trusting that God would guide us every step of the way. Now let me say this with full confidence: we placed our trust completely in the Lord, believing He would guide us through every change and adjustment this path would bring. Just as He is faithful to fulfill every promise He has made (Numbers 23:19, “God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”), He is fully able and merciful to help us through each step along the way. We need only to trust Him and hold fast to our faith, even when circumstances seem contrary to what we are believing for (Proverbs 3:5–6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”).
It is with a grateful heart and a surrendered spirit that I strive to live each day, seeing and recognizing the faithfulness and goodness of MY GOD all around me. He is my KING… that is who I am talking about. I want to shout from the rooftops and sing with every breath in my lungs, HOW GREAT MY GOD is. To be clear, His greatness doesn’t need me, my plans, or my breakthrough, He is God, Mighty and Faithful Forever. He is unshakable, unstoppable, and undeniable, my God, my KING, and my everything.”
So, if you’re waiting, doubting, or wondering if God’s hearing you, trust Him. Keep believing. Keep praying. Keep speaking life over what you can’t see yet. Because one day soon, you’re going to be living your own “noonday sun” testimony. You’re going to look back and see how every delay, every detour, and every “not yet” was actually working for your good. And when it happens, you’ll laugh, you’ll shout, you’ll dance, and you’ll tell the world: “God did exactly what He said He would do!”
Love you ♥God Bless♥
